Method:
1.
Mince meat and place in bowl chopper
2. Add seasoning, soya grits, corn starch plus half of the water.
On high speed, chop to form an emulsion
3. On slow or mixed speed, add the pin head rusk, plus the balance
of the water. Mix in well.
By
making your mix this way you should have a stable mix, but with
a more open texture to your filling.
